Md. Awlad Hossain is the Founder, Managing Director and Proprietor of SPARK. His approach combines long-term operational experience with direct involvement in the realities of sourcing, making, moving and installing complex work.
His professional journey began at Neenty International in 2008 as Assistant General Manager. By 2012, he had taken full management responsibility as General Manager—helping guide teams, systems and client delivery through a period of nearly 20× organizational growth.
Across more than 18 years, he has contributed to over 1,000 successful projects for multinational and local clients. Today, he carries that experience into SPARK: building a company designed to take responsibility from the first practical decision to the final real-world execution.

A distributed execution programme involving nation wide execution of 16700+ shop-signs in different BATB clusters all over Bangladesh. It was only possible becasue of the massive networks, experienced understanding of the field and execution processes.

From 2009 to 2024, while being the manager in Neenty International, he managed numerous projects of PMM manufacturing and maintenance for BATB, producing over 50,000 new PMM and completing maintenacne work of over 100,000 PMMs.
